Anyone who has dealt with State Farm knows how complicated things can get, but this company was really helpful in providing insight and details about the process and steps. Nevertheless, they were successful in getting full repairs for my roof approved, which is fantastic news that will boost the value of my property and give it a new appearance. I will come back and update this review more as we get further along into the process, but I felt compelled to just go ahead and share some major kudos now because that’s how strongly I feel about this company’s customer service so far.  First, Taylor Scott has been absolutely wonderful, on top of things, and responsive in handling our claim from the starting point.  So very easy to work with and making what has been a stressful situation very pleasant. Also, yesterday we had Kaleb out to inspect our roof and interior damage.  I was blown away by his professionalism, patience in thoroughly answering questions and listening to what had transpired so far, and his general can do customer service attitude.  I also liked that he seemed very intelligent and savvy and had some engineering experience as well, so I felt like he was the perfect person they could have sent to do our roof inspection. This company feels top notch to me, which is why I couldn’t wait to review, and both Taylor and Kaleb have made us feel taken care of and like they’ve got both our backs and my roofer’s back as well and will represent me well.
